The concept behind the design is describe the other meaning of “inplace”: “On the spot”. To represent this efficiently feeling, the letter “I” is design with the exclamation mark. Its bring in the impact of the symbol to stronger the idea of inplace. In addition, a door lock symbol has been hidden in the logo, by combining the grey circle background and the letter “I”. The idea is the stronger the sense as a residential property company. In the color choice, using the bright yellow to delivers an energetic and attitude as a professional company.
